Shelly Crome, M.S., LMFT-T
Shelly is a licensed mental health therapist (LMFT-T) and the founder of Wildflower Therapy Collective. She holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy (2025) and is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families heal and grow through life’s challenges.
Using a trauma-informed, systems-based approach, Shelly integrates solution-focused techniques to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues—especially within rural communities.
Her background in finance, education, community mental health, and nonprofit work enriches her commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care.
Shelly is currently under clinical supervision by Heidi Vela, LCMFT (Kansas License #2814) as she works toward independent licensure.
At Wildflower Therapy Collective, Shelly is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy that honors each client’s unique background, values, and beliefs. She believes healing is possible in even the most difficult seasons—and that, like wildflowers, people can grow in the most unexpected places.
